ISLAMABAD: The Special Court has confiscated the property of former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf in the treason case.
The court has confiscated the farmhouse of former president located in Chak Shahzad, Islamabad, and a residential plot located in the F-block of DHA, Karachi. The Special Court has declared Pervez Musharraf a Proclaimed Offender (PO).
In the report submitted in the court, it was said that the administration, while complying with the court order, had confiscated both the properties owned by Musharraf.It is worth mentioning here that Musharraf is abroad for treatment of the backbone pain while a treason case is being run in the Special Court. The court has declared him a proclaimed offender due to his continuous absence in the treason case.
