Injustice causing ‘unrest’
US President Barack Obama delivered his final optimistic address to the United Nations General Assembly in which he dwelt upon a plethora of problems and challenges being faced by the world today. He said that “injustice is causing “unrest”. This reflects President Obama’s journey to discover the truth about injustice. Injustice is everywhere in this world but our society is a classic example of injustice. All types of injustices have become synonymous with our society.
The kind of unrest felt and observed in different public sector organisations where the retired and rehired lot keeps the regular employees deprived of their rights is indeed indescribable. Is there anyone to sensitise our ruling elites, among others, that it is only justice that inspires life within life and a true hope in society? Our rulers and relevant organisations must do more to deliver inexpensive and expeditious justice.
