Church bombing victims remembered
PESHAWAR: The Christian community in the provincial metropolis Thursday observed the third anniversary of the gruesome terrorist attack on the All Saints Church inside Kohati Gate here in which over 80 people, mostly women and children, had been killed and many more injured.
The function was arranged at the All Saints Church, which was attended by a huge number of the survivors of the incident, family members of the victims and others. The walls of the Church had been decorated with the portraits of those killed in the twin suicide blasts inside the Church on September 22, 2013. The participants also lit candles to pay homage to their dear ones, who left them forever on that ill-fated day. They showered rose petals on the photographs of their loved ones. A grand prayer offering session was also held at the main
hall of the church for the departed souls.
