Mir Qasim martyred for his love for Pakistan, says Siraj
‘Islamic revolution afoot in Bangladesh’
SLAMABAD: Funeral prayer in absentia for Jamaat-i-Islami Bangladesh executed leader Mir Qasim Ali was offered in Islamabad Sunday.
Amir JI Senator Sirajul Haq led the funeral prayer. Addressing the gathering, Siraj said Islamic revolution will come in Bangladesh in result of sacred bloodshed by JI leaders. He said Bangladeshi rulers have executed Amir JI Bangladesh Motiur Rehman Nizami, Abdul Qadir Ch Abdul Qadir Mullah and Qasim Ali for supporting Pakistan in 1971. Siraj prayed for eternal peace of martyred, JI leaders in Bangladesh.
He said Qasim has been martyred for love with Pakistan. He said today strike is being observed in Bangladesh and hundreds and thousands youth are attending the funeral prayer of Mir Qasim Ali.
He said Bangladeshi government has imposed restrictions and arrested hundreds and thousands Bangladeshi youth. He said Bangladeshi government used all tactics to stop people from attending funeral prayer of Qasim. He said the whole Bangladesh is protesting over innocent martyrdom.
He said that the Internal Court of Justice counsel regarding trial of JI leaders by so-called war crimes tribunal in Bangladesh said all requirements of justice have not been fulfilled. He said all the international human rights organizations termed decisions of so-called war crimes tribunals as rubbish. He said all prominent lawyers of the world confessed that in the closed door trials all the requirements of justice were not fulfilled and opposition leaders have been killed 100 percent on the basis of political and ideological basis. He said Indian Prime Minister Narender Modi has confessed to conspiring against Pakistan.
