Two drowned bodies were found on Friday.
Shahzeb, 25, son of Dr Naseem, drowned in seawaters at Hawksbay Beach near the Mubarak Village. The man, who hailed from Balochistan, was enjoying a picnic with his family when a heavy swept him away in the sea.
According to the Mauripur police, rescue teams took out the body, which was shifted to the Civil Hospital Karachi for legal formalities.
In the New Karachi Industrial Area police limits, the drowned body of an unidentified boy, said to be seven years old, was found floating in the Lyari River near Ayub Goth, North Karachi. A police party took the body to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for a post-mortem.
