Mubarak Zeb’s house attacked in Bajaur
KHAR: Unidentified men attacked the residence of Special Assistant to Prime Ministers on Tribal Affairs Mubarak Zeb Khan with a hand-grenade in Bajaur on Tuesday night, police said.
According to initial reports, the attack was carried out by unidentified individuals using a hand-grenade, which damaged a vehicle parked inside the premises. No casualties were reported in the incident.
District Police Officer (DPO) Bajaur, Waqas Rafiq, along with a heavy contingent of police, reached the scene soon after the attack and launched an investigation into the incident.
“An inquiry into the attack is underway,” DPO Rafiq said. This marks the third attack on the minister’s residence in Bajaur. The police cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to trace those involved.
