MCCI president vows to resolve traders’ issues

TAKHTBHAI: Traders’ leader and Mardan Chamber of Commerce and Industry president Zahir Shah has said that the business community is the backbone of the country’s economy but traders are faced with a host of problems.

During his visit to the Takhtbhai Model Bazaar, he vowed to utilise all his energies to resolve the problems business community.Anjuman Tajiran Mardan district chairman Ghulam Sarwar Saraf, senior vice-president Haji Owais Khan, Gul Said and others accompanied him.

Zahir Shah said that he did not believe in creating division among traders but in resolving matters through mutual understanding.“Our mission is the welfare of traders and addressing their issues through consultation. We will leave no stone unturned for the prosperity and well-being of the business community. We have always served traders without discrimination and will continue to do so till our last breath,” he added.

He congratulated Naveed alias Messi, the newly elected president of Model High School Road Traders, on his victory and termed his success as the victory of genuine traders’ organizations.

Also present at the occasion were: President of Anjuman Tajiran Tehsil Takhtbhai Haji Tariq Khan, general secretary Wahab Yousafi, former president of Meena Bazaar Mohsin Khan, former general secretary Kashif Mohmand, president of Mobile Association Mian Khalid Shah and other traders.
