Three bullet-riddled bodies found in Khuzdar
QUETTA: Three bullet-riddled bodies were found in Khuzdar district of Balochistan, police confirmed.
The victims were found at Sorgaz, located along the M-8 Highway. All three appeared to have been shot dead.
The bodies, initially unidentified, were shifted to the Teaching Hospital Khuzdar via Edhi ambulance for identification and post-mortem. Preliminary investigations suggest the deceased have been identified as Abdul Majeed, Atta-ur-Rehman, and Mumtaz — all reportedly residents of Khuzdar. Authorities said further investigation is underway. Meanwhile, a man was gunned down by unidentified assailants in the Zehri area of Khuzdar district on Saturday.
According to details, armed men opened fire on Ejaz Ahmed, killing him on the spot before fleeing the scene. The local administration shifted the body to a hospital and handed it over to the family after completing legal formalities.
A case has been registered, and efforts are underway to trace the culprits.
