Promise betrayed?

Peace, education and employment are inseparable from each other. If any one of these three is neglected, it is impossible for the other two to survive. Sadly, the former tribal districts and their people are deprived of these three essentials.
At the time of merger in 2018, the people of these regions were promised money for development. However, this funding does not appear to have materialised and this, in my opinion, has exacerbated some of the unrest we have seen in these areas.
