A library is a place that offers sanctuary from all the chaos of society. However, Sir Shahnawaz Bhutto Memorial Library in Larkana has become the exact opposite of this ideal. It has a plethora of problems and the unsanitary state of the lavatories might be the worst one.
They are always unclean, filthy, choked and, far too often, the water does not work. Soap or hand-wash are also often missing. The authorities have to help the library administration resolve this problem and make the library fit to visit.
