In the past, street sweeping was a well-settled social tradition in our cities, towns and villages. These days, though, it has been observed that those responsible for cleaning the streets merely pile litter and other debris in the streets or gutters, especially in the federal capital.
Is there anyone in the Capital Development Authority (CDA) or in the relevant organisations in other cities, towns and villages to ensure streets are kept clean as they were in the past?
