Three-day eye screening camp held
LAKKI MARWAT: A three-day eye screening camp will be held from May 26 to 28 at the Abdul Razzak Tabba Welfare Dispensary located within the premises of Lucky Cement Factory in Darra Pezu town of Lakki Marwat district.
Conducted in collaboration with Al-Shifa Trust, the camp will run daily from 9:00am to 3:00pm. An official of the cement factory said that the initiative aimed to provide accessible eye care services to residents of the surrounding communities.
He said that the services to be offered during the camp included general eye examinations, prescription glasses, free medicines, and cataract screening. The official said that qualified medical personnel and optometrists from Al-Shifa Trust would be on-site to conduct assessments and provide necessary treatment and referrals.
