Imran’s bail extended in six cases
Judge orders Imran’s production in person or through the video link in the next hearing
ISLAMABAD: Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka Tuesday extended the bail of PTI founder Imran Khan in six cases and Bushra Bibi in one case.
The judge ordered Imran’s production in person or through the video link in the next hearing.
During the hearing on bail applications on Monday, Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry Advocate appeared in the court.
The PTI founder could not present arguments on the bail applications. Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry Advocate told the judge that Salman Safdar was busy in the Supreme Court and sought a new date for arguments.
The court extended the interim bails of the accused till June 17 and ordered the PTI founder to be produced in person or via video link at the next hearing.
The decision on Bushra Bibi’s pre-arrest bail application has been reserved.
The court will pronounce the decision after completion of arguments on the PTI founder’s bail applications.
