ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has prepared a dossier on ‘Operation Bunyanum Marsoos’ highlighting measured and brutal response to Indian aggression, maintaining that it was guardian of peace yet resolute to defend its territorial integrity, said sources.
The dossier says in response to the unprovoked Indian aggression, Pakistan launched Operation Bunyanum Marsoos, a decisive retaliatory action under Article 51 of the UN Charter, which affirms every nation’s inherent right to self-defence.
The dossier, said the sources, noted that India had a long history of orchestrating false-flag operations to malign Pakistan and justify its aggressive actions.
It continues to support state-sponsored terrorism in Pakistan – a fact that Pakistan has repeatedly highlighted with credible evidences before the international community.
The recent violations of Pakistan’s airspace through missile and drone intrusions, as well as attacks on religious sites and innocent civilians, reflect a dangerous and irresponsible pattern of behavior by India.
In contrast, Pakistan’s response has remained swift, measured, precise and within the bounds of international law, targeting only the military installations responsible for launching attacks.
It says the losses inflicted on India’s technical assets and military infrastructure have been significant.
Pakistan’s swift and effective response demonstrates that while it does not seek conflict, any aggression will be met with full force.
Pakistan has reaffirmed its resolve and unity no provocation can deter its sovereignty or security.
“When war is imposed, Pakistan will always respond in a befitting and decisive manner,” the dossier maintained.
It says Indians violated Pakistani airspace during a period when 57 commercial flights, including international flights from Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, China, Korea, and Thailand etc were in Pakistan’s airspace endangering thousands of civilians.
Pakistan responded with precision strikes solely on military targets. Five Indian aircraft and large unarmed aerial vehicles were confirmed shot down, including 3x Rafael, MiG-29 and SU-30. S-400 battery systems at Adampur and Bhuj were also attacked and effectively neutralized and 84x Indian drones shot down.
BrahMos storage facilities at Beas and Nagrota were also destroyed, which had fired missiles on Pakistan killing innocent civilians including women, children and elderly.
Military logistics and support sites, which helped sustain this unlawful operation against innocent Pakistani civilians-like Field Supply Depot at Uri and Radar Station at Poonch were also targeted.
Military Command Headquarters which helped plan the operational killing of innocent citizens, especially the children, including 10 Bde and 80 Bde at KG Top and Naushera, were completely destroyed. India used drones to violate Pakistani airspace to intimidate our civilians and spread fear.
Throughout the operation Bunyanum Marsoos, our drones hovered over Indian major cities and sensitive political and government facilities including the Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
Using precision-guided long-range Fatah series missiles F1 and F2 of Pakistan Army, precision munitions of PAF, highly capable long-rang loitering killer munitions, and precision long range artillery, 26 military targets as well as facilities that were used to target Pakistani citizens, and those enterprises that were responsible for fomenting terrorism in Pakistan, were engaged in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and also mainland India.
Pakistan precisely targeted only the military installations and platforms that launched attacks on its territory, strictly avoiding civilian areas.
India continued to violate Pakistan’s territorial integrity with indiscriminate hostilities. As a sovereign state, Pakistan responded responsibly in a brutal but measured manner maintaining adherence to international laws and demonstrating professional military restraint.
During the operations, Pakistan maintained escalation control over India by using its conventional component putting no stress on its forces deployed on western front.
This dossier outlines Pahalgam incident in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K) on 22 April and subsequent unprovoked aggression by India in Pakistan.
Astonishingly, within just 10 minutes of the firing episode, Indian authorities precipitously lodged an FIR against Pakistan without any credible evidence or investigation.
Pakistan proposed a joint investigation under neutral third party. These proposals were all rejected by India, raising questions about India’s intentions.
It is evident that Pahalgam attack was a false-flag operation orchestrated by India and deliberately exploited as a pretext to justify its aggression, serving internal political objectives rather than genuine security concerns.
Based on fabricated facts and using Pahalgam false-flag as justification, India targeted various locations in Pakistan, including Muridke, Bahawalpur and Muzaffarabad and also sent 100 plus drones in Pakistan’s territory.
In Muridke, missiles struck Jamia Masjid killing many civilians. Bahawalpur was also targeted, with missile strikes hitting the mosque, resulting in civilian casualties, including women and children.
In Muzaffarabad, the capital of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, an Indian strike severely damaged a mosque and killed innocent civilians.
The Pakistan military response was brutal and measured, as per international laws of self-defence and targeted only military location in India.
Pakistan calls for a fair, impartial, and international investigation into the Pehalgam incident that was categorically rejected by India, raising serious questions about the credibility of India’s narrative.
India has history of false-flag operations, like the Pulwama attack, Mumbai attacks, and Samjhauta Express and many other false-flags were used to malign Pakistan and deflect attention from India’s internal security failures.
The Pahalgam incident follows the same pattern of manipulation and manufactured provocation.
Furthermore, Pakistan is a victim of Indian state-sponsored terrorism, which is executed through proxies operating within and outside Pakistan.
Over the years, Pakistan has presented concrete and credible evidence of Indian-state sponsor terrorism and involvement in destabilizing Pakistan.
Pakistan reaffirms its commitment to regional peace and stability and international community must hold India accountable for its aggression and attack on innocent women and children.
The dossier says India has repeatedly used false-flag operations for political agendas, gaining public sympathy, and portraying itself as a perpetual victim. These orchestrated incidents often surface at strategically significant moments, either before elections or during high-profile diplomatic visits and the pattern is obvious.
In 2007, the Samjhauta Express blast killed 68 people. India initially blamed Pakistan. Mumbai attacks in 2008 were similarly used to malign Pakistan.
Pulwama attack was later exposed by the former J&K governor as a politically exploited incident. Most recently, the Pahalgam attack coincided with US Vice President JD Vance’s visit, again serving as a convenient excuse to deflect attention from internal failures.
These recurring patterns expose how the Modi regime systematically weaponizes violence for electoral and diplomatic manipulation.
Pahalgam is located almost 200 kilometers from Pakistan border. India’s baseless accusations against Pakistan were widely criticized for lacking evidence. Indian politicians and international media slammed and exposed these claims.
Demands for accountability and proof echoed across the nation. In time, the episode was exposed as a contrived false-flag operation, cynically engineered to gain political agendas.
It was a deliberate attempt aimed at legitimizing baseless hostility towards Pakistan while manipulating public perception through misinformation and manufactured.
Just after the 10 minutes of incident, an FIR was lunched against Pakistan without any evidence. It says in the aftermath of Pahalgam incident, Indian media and RAW-affiliated social media accounts launched a nefarious and well-organized campaign, hastily blaming Pakistan without any evidence and fueling war hysteria.
This baseless propaganda was quickly exposed by the international media, which highlighted the spread of fake news by Indian outlets.
Continuous jingoism of Indian media poses a serious threat to regional peace and stability. The Indian civil society, politicians, and even common citizens labeled the incident a grave security failure. Instead of accepting the truth, India banned several YouTube and Twitter channels exposing its false narrative-proving Pakistan’s non-involvement and India’s political motives.
India’s immediate attribution of blaming Pakistan within few minutes after the attack raises serious concerns about the integrity of its claims.
Standard investigative procedures require time and forensic examination, none of which was conducted before India issued statements against Pakistan.
Sources said as a part of diplomatic engagements, a Pakistan delegation led by PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will also present the same dossier at their meetings in Washington, London, Paris and Brussels.
