CBC forms teams for resolution of public complaints

The Clifton Cantonment Board (CBC) has formed emergency response teams in all areas from Defence Phase I to Phase VII to expedite the provision of basic amenities to citizens.
According to Chief Engineer Abdul Rahim, a responsible officer has been appointed for each area to take immediate action on local issues. "Complaints related to water, sewage, sanitation and streetlights will now be resolved within 24 hours," he stated.
CBC Chief Executive Officer Omar Farooq Malik emphasised that providing basic facilities to the citizens at their doorstep was the institution's top priority. He said, "Citizens' complaints will be addressed within 24 hours to ensure they do not face any inconvenience."
