CDA observes thanksgiving day today
Islamabad:The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will organise special ceremonies at Pakistan Monument and F-9 Park to observe the 'Thanksgiving Day' today (Friday) to mark success of operation ‘Bunyanum Marsoos’.
This was stated by the CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa while addressing a ceremony organised by the CDA Mazdoor Union in memory of Shuhada of operation ‘Bunyanum Marsoos’ here on Thursday. The event was also attended by CDA Board members, General Secretary, CDA Workers Union, officers and a large number of CDA employees.
Randhawa, stated that whenever the Pakistani nation faces any difficult times it stands strong and united like an iron wall. He said the world witnessed how the Pakistani nation stood shoulder-to-shoulder with its brave armed forces, which led to the enemy’s evil and nacreous designs being crushed into dust. He emphasised that the Pakistani nation is a brave nation that will never hesitate to render any sacrifice for the defence of its sacred and beloved homeland Pakistan alongside its armed forces. He said that armed forces, through their bravery, valour, and victory, made the entire Pakistani nation hold its head high with pride and honour among the nations of the world.
