India’s rupee tumbled the most in more than three years against the dollar amid escalating tensions with neighbouring Pakistan, according to Bloomberg.

The Indian rupee declined 1.1 per cent, the biggest decline since February 2022, to 85.7913 per dollar after Pakistan said it shot down Indian drones. India said it neutralised an air defence system in Pakistan.
