ISLAMABAD: A privilege motion has been submitted to the Senate Secretariat against Deputy Secretary (Council) of the Ministry of IT, Aizazullah Shah.
The privilege motion has been submitted by Senator Palwasha Khan, Chairperson of the Senate Standing Committee on IT, for presenting misleading information in the meeting of the committee. The motion states that Aizazullah Shah attempts to disrupt the proceedings of the committee, mislead or dictate it. Six members of the Senate were insulted by citing incorrect rules, it added.
