CDA received Rs23.4bn from the auction of 32 commercial properties

ISLAMABAD: The fifth meeting of the CDA Board, chaired by Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa on Thursday at the CDA Headquarters, approved the highest bids for 17 commercial plots and shops received at a recent open auction. The meeting was briefed that in the recent public auction, 17 commercial plots and 15 commercial shops were auctioned. In total, the CDA received Rs23.4bn from the auction of 32 commercial properties. The auction received bids approximately 25% higher than the reserved price, with one commercial plot receiving 126% above reserves price and another plot receiving 85% above reserved price, marking a historic achievement for CDA.
