Two injured in Bajaur firing incident

KHAR: Two brothers were injured in a firing incident by unknown assailants in the Mamond tehsil of Bajaur district on Wednesday evening.
A police official, Zarif Khan, said the attack took place in the Tarkho area during Asr prayer time. The injured persons have been identified as Salahuddin and Abdul Wadood, sons of Habib, and residents of Laghrai.
Both victims were initially taken to the District Headquarters Hospital in Khar for medical treatment but were later shifted to Peshawar due to the severity of their injuries.Police have launched an investigation into the incident to determine the motive and trace the attackers.
