Pakistan bag tennis bronze

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan beat Iran 2-1 to win bronze medal in the BNP Paribas World Team Cup Wheelchair Tennis Asian Qualification Event in Colombo (Sri Lanka) Sunday.
Japan’s male and female teams won the gold and qualified for World Group. Muhammad Khalid Rehmani thanked Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF) President Aisamul Haq. ITF Wheelchair department also appreciated the efforts of former PTF president Salim Saifullah Khan, who initiated Wheelchair Tennis in Pakistan in 2018.
Iqbal Issak president Sri Lanka Tennis Association was the chief guest on the occasion and distributed prizes amongst the medal winners.
