The attendance pattern fluctuated throughout the session, with female members consistently recording higher attendance than their male counterparts.
According to FAFEN’s analysis, the highest attendance was observed during the third sitting, with 205 members present, accounting for 65 per cent of the total membership. During this sitting, the House passed the resolution commemorating National Women’s Day of Pakistan, observed on February 12 each year.
Conversely, the lowest attendance was recorded during the fourth sitting, with 142 (45 per cent) members present. The sitting had to be adjourned after one hour and ten minutes due to a lack of quorum, as pointed out by a lawmaker from the Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC).
FAFEN’s analysis indicates that 154 MNAs skipped sittings without requesting advance leave.
