According to the Pakistan Public Administration Research Centre, only 50,000 women are employed by the federal government and its affiliated entities, out of a total of 1.2 million employees. This shows how unequal our job market is.
This is a chronic problem which can only be solved through meticulous action. The government must address the issue as soon as possible and make our labour force more equal.
