KARACHI: The National University of Technology (NUTECH) has officially inaugurated its point of contact (PoC) office at the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) to enhance collaboration between academia and industry.
According to a statement, the NUTECH PoC office will serve as a liaison with industrial sector associations, trade bodies in Karachi, and the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI). This strategic initiative aims to facilitate research partnerships, internship programmes, specialised training courses, and industry-academia linkages to equip professionals with modern technological skills.
The establishment of the PoC Office underscores NUTECH’s commitment to applied research and industry-relevant education, fostering innovation and sustainable industrial growth, per the statement.
