Poster exhibition emphasises Kashmiris’ freedom struggle
LAHORE:The National College of Arts (NCA), Lahore, marked Kashmir Solidarity Day with a special poster exhibition, where students and artists showcased creative posters highlighting the struggle, culture, and rights of the Kashmiri people.
The event witnessed significant participation from students, faculty members, artists, and journalists. Speaking on the occasion, NCA Vice Chancellor, Prof Dr Murtaza Jafri, stated 'This exhibition is not only a symbol of solidarity with the people of Kashmir but also a reflection of the passion and creativity of our young artists. Art is a powerful medium that plays a crucial role in highlighting historical truths. Participants appreciated the students’ artwork and emphasised the need to continue using art to raise awareness about the Kashmir issue.
