Punjab University has awarded PhD degrees to three candidates.
Maryam Ahmad, daughter of Ahmed Ali, has been awarded PhD in the subject of Punjabi after approval of her thesis entitled “The Contribution of Molvi Abdul Sattar for Punjabi”, Muneer Ahmed, son of Muhammad Ameen, in the subject of Islamic Studies after approval of his thesis entitled “Islamic System of Hudoo-o-Tazeerat and the Stability of State---Research Study” and Hafiz Zeeshan Wadood, son of Muhammad Wadood, in the subject of Microbiology and Molecular Genetics after approval of his thesis entitled “Bacterial Consortia: Their Impact on Biofilm Development and Biocorrosion”.
Meanwhile, the PU Examinations Department has issued revised date sheets of BCom Part-I & II Annual Examinations 2016.
