Karachi
In order to discuss matters pertaining to education and research, a 12-member Chinese delegation, led by a professor from Furong, Dr Wei Wang, will visit International Centre for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), University of Karachi on Tuesday (today).
The delegation will also call on the Director ICCBS Professor Dr M. Iqbal Choudhary and former federal minister for Science and Technology and ex-Chairman Higher Education Commission Professor, Dr Atta-ur-Rahman in the discussion.
Among the 12-member delegation, two Chinese officials have already reached ICCBS and Professor Dr Wei Wang, Director School of Pharmacy, Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, and Dr Jianhua Huang, Vice-director TCM and Ethnomedicine Innovation and Development Laboratory, Hunan University of Chinese Medicine are already engaged in different official activities here at the ICCBS.
In relation with the visit, Professor Dr Wei Wang also delivered an online lecture on "Introduction and Development of Hunan Tujia Ethnomedicine” at L.E.J. National Science Information Centre, ICCBS on Monday.
