ISLAMABAD: The federal government has accredited 31 lawyers and experts as mediators to perform their duties under the Alternative Conciliation Mechanism for Dispute Resolution.
This has been done under the Alternative Accreditation Resolution (Accreditation) Rules, 2023 approved by the Re-accreditation Committee on January 6, 2025, after which this appointments have been regularized.
Those accredited include Asim A. Faridi, Engineer Sanaullah Khan, Abeer Nisar. Hamza Adeel Advocate, Adeel Ahmed, Hasan Shahzad, Ahmed Iqbal, Jehanzeb Durrani Advocate, Akhtar Mahmood Raja Advocate, Jamal Shah, Arshad Mahmood Kayani Advocate, Kamran Abdullah, Khawaja Azhar Rashid Advocate, Azhar Iqbal Advocate, Mohammad Abid, Dr. Fakhra Rizwan Advocate, Mohammad Bilal Khan Advocate, Dr. Malik Jawad Faisal, Mohammed Yadav. Barrister Salar Ali Kiani, Mohammed Khalid Ameer Advocate, Sharafat Ali Chaudhry, Muhammad Amir Advocate, Syed Sabiul Hasan Advocate, Muzaffar Ahmed Mirza Advocate, Saba Batool Advocate, Raza Allah Khan Advocate, Kaniz Fatima Advocate, Noor Rahman and Zain al-Abin Hashmi.
