Removal of name from ECL, PNCL: IHC seeks report from govt on Latiaf Khosa’s plea
Latif Khosa tells court that he had to go to London till January 5 but travel restrictions had been imposed on him

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC), while hearing PTI leader Latif Khosa’s petition seeking removal of his name from ECL, PNCL list, has sought report from government.
A division bench of IHC comprising Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir has summoned report from federal government.
Latif Khosa and Assistant Attorney General (AAG) Azmat Bashir Tarar appeared in the court.
Latif Khosa told the court that he had to go to London till January 5 but travel restrictions had been imposed on him. The court inquired why name of Khosa Sahib was included in lists of travel restrictions. The court adjourned hearing of the case till Monday.
