School win badminton tourney

HARIPUR: The Government Higher Secondary School for Boys Kotnajibullah emerged as the champion of the divisional badminton’s final match.

The divisional level sports tournaments were played between different teams from government boys schools of Hazara division and the double’s match was played between the teams of Government Higher Secondary School for Boys Kotnajibullah and Government Higher Secondary School for Boys Ghari Habibullah Mansehra. The team of Kotnajibullah comprising Ali Raza and Sudais Rehman won the match 2-0 from Ibrahim Bilal and Subhan. While playing the final in single’s category, Ali Raza of Government Higher Secondary School for Boys Kotnajibullah defeated Ibrahim Bilal of Ghari Habibullah by 2-1 ranking his school as divisional champion of badminton.
