Rs4bn health sector schemes

LAHORE:The Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) Planning and Development Board has approved the funds exceeding Rs4 billion for two health sector development schemes. The meeting was chaired by Barrister Nabeel Ahmed Awan, Chairman of the P&D Board. Secretary P&D Board, Dr Asif Tufail, and Chief Economist Masood Anwar attended the meeting. Funds of Rs2.32 billion approved for the CM Punjab’s 'Clinic on Wheels' programme and Rs1.84bn scheme approved for the revamping of Bahawalpur Victoria Hospital.
