Business ventures discussed
Islamabad : A high-level business and social delegation from Oman, representing the Pakistani community, held a special meeting with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar in the presence of Chairman Standing Committee on Privatisation Dr Farooq Sattar, says a press release.
Oman’s business and social personalities including Syed Haris Ali, Chaudhry Muhammad Aslam, Qamar Riaz, Syed Dahali Bukhari, Imran Siddiqui, Ahmed Subhani and Zeb Hasan Jafari participated in the meeting. And the discussion regarding the promotion of Pak-Oman business relations was held. The delegation invited Ishaq Dar to visit Oman, which he accepted and promised to visit soon.
On this occasion, Dr Farooq Sattar appreciated the positive role of the overseas Pakistani community in Oman and presented his views for the construction of the new building of the Pakistani embassy. Deputy Prime Minister congratulated the Pakistani community for holding the Expo in Amman and while thanking Dr Farooq Sattar, he also thanked the Ambassador of Pakistan and the Embassy of Pakistan in Amman for paying special attention to economic and commercial activities.
