ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi on Wednesday nominated senior puisne judge of the Supreme Court Syed Mansoor Ali Shah as the Chairman of Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee (ADR).
According to a notification issued here by the Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan, Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi/Chairman Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan (LJCP) has nominated senior judge of the Supreme Court Syed Mansoor Ali Shah as the Chairman of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee (ADR).
As per the notification, two judges of the apex court, including Justice Ayesha A Malik and Justice Shahid Waheed, will be the members of the ADR Committee.
