Incomplete construction

The flyover being constructed near Saffron Lawn on the main Clifton road remains incomplete despite eight months having passed. The upper portion of the flyover was completed about four months ago, but the remaining important work was left unattended.

It appears that the authorities concerned have forgotten this important task after completing the initial construction work. They are requested to look into this issue because it is very difficult to cross this road due to heavy traffic.
