Administrative reshuffle in Punjab

LAHORE:The Punjab government has reshuffled several Deputy Commissioners (DCs) on Wednesday. 

According to the notification issued by Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD), Mehr Shahid Zaman, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dera Ghazi Khan, has been transferred and posted as Chief Operating Officer Tevta vice Qurat-ul-Ain already transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Muzaffargarh replacing Usman Ali who has been posted as Additional Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs.

Naveed Ahmad, Deputy Secretary Chief Minister's Office, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Gujranwala vice Tariq Qureshi, who has been directed to report Services and General Administration Department.

Imrana Touqir, Additional Secretary Planning and Development Board, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Vehari vice Asif Hussain Shah, already transferred and posted as Deputy Chief Executive Officer Punjab Social Protection Authority.

Farhan Farooq, Additional Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur vice Zaheer Anwar, already transferred and posted as Additional Secretary Planning and Development Board. Safiullah Khan, Additional Director General Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA), has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Chiniot.
