Climate change is an increasing threat to Pakistan, but the federal and provincial organizations seem utterly indifferent to it. The UN is supporting countries in identifying and managing climate change risks through the formulation and implementation of National Adaptation Plans (NAPs) but our relevant organizations are yet to learn from these NAPs.
