Time of PTI’s offers of talks over: Irfan Siddiqui
Irfan Siddiqui said that now there will be no offer from our side
ISLAMABAD: Parliamentary leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) in the Senate and Chairman Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs Senator Irfan Siddiqui said that the time of PTI’s offers of talks is over, now the time of its submissions has begun.
“Our doors were open earlier, they are still open, but now the time for making offers to PTI has passed and it was now time for PTI leadership to request the government for the negotiations to settle down the matters,” he said while talking to the newsmen outside the Parliament House on Monday.
Irfan Siddiqui said that now there will be no offer from our side. “Whenever PTI deems negotiations necessary, it should put the requests in the same way it is making request to Army Chief,” he said, adding that we will see when they come. In a reply to question with regard to statement of senior leader of the PTI Asad Qaisar’s statement about PTI coming to government in December, Irfan Siddiqui said that there is no restriction on dreaming. “The leaders of PTI are also dreaming,” he said. He said December will also pass and then 2025 will begin and nothing will happen. “The government will complete five years,” he said.
