LAHORE: Opposition MPAs on Wednesday staged protest outside the Punjab Assembly against the suspension of their 11 members. The MPAs led by Malik Ahmad Khan Bachar gathered outside the PA when they were not allowed to enter the assembly premises. The Sunni Ittehad Council MPAs chanted slogans against the PMLN government and demanded return of the public mandate hijacked in the Feb 2024 general elections. They also demanded restoration of their membership.
