Pak shooters make poor start in Doha

KARACHI: Pakistan’s shooters made a poor start at ISSF Final Olympic Qualification Championship in Doha, Qatar, on Sunday. In the first qualification round of trap event, Farrukh Nadeem scored 21 and 24 points to take 92nd position and Zafar ul Haq scored 23 and 20 points for 128th position.
Ahmed Waleed Sherpao scored 19 and 22 points to get 135th position out of 140 shooters. Now, they will participate in the final qualification round on Monday. It is pertinent to mention that six shooters from Pakistan are taking part in this championship.
