LAHORE: Provincial Health Minister Khawaja Salman Rafique visited Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC) here on Friday to review the ongoing progress on operation theaters.
CEO PIC Prof. Dr. Anjum Jalal, MS Dr Syed Mohsin Ali Shah and contractors were present on this occasion. Talking on this occasion, Khawaja Salman said that all the modular theaters were expected to be fully operational next week.
He added that once the modular theaters were fully functional, the capacity would increase to 15 to 20 surgeries on a daily basis. The contractors were directed to complete the remaining modular theaters in the next week.
