Timely action taken against cheating mafia, says minister

LAHORE: Punjab School Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat has said cheating mafia has almost disappeared because of the government’s actions.
The minister shared two WhatsApp numbers for students and parents 03160261506 or 03160261408 to register their complaints in case of any complaint against the cheating mafia. Rana Sikandar Hayat said that ‘booti’ mafia will be jailed for two years from now onwards. He said this time the inter exams have been made as transparent as possible. There will be an improvement in the intermediate exam and zero cheating will be observed, he added.
He said that CCTV cameras would also be installed in the examination centres. He added that no one would be allowed to play with the future of the students.
