Man arrested for falsely propagating blasphemy

GUJRANWALA: Police have arrested a man who falsely accused his father-in-law of desecration of the Holy Quran.

The accused Paris Masih has confessed that he made the allegation out of personal grudge and tried to spread the allegation through a TikTok account. In his confessional video, it is clear that he was angry with his father-in-law Pastor Asif Nadeem for not returning his wife back to his home.Meanwhile, the CPO Gujranwala called a meeting of the District Peace Committee and local scholars and informed them about facts.
