Govt response to opposition’s ToRs

ISLAMABAD: The legal and constitutional team of the federal government has prepared a point-wise response to the Opposition's ToRs (terms of reference) for the proposed Panama Leaks Commission, which challenges most of the ToRs on legal ground and gives the government's position on some others. This response is still under scrutiny for final approval before it can be taken up with the opposition. On some points, the government's position is rational but weak on several others.
