RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) President Chaudhry Parvez Elahi has again been shifted from the Adiala jail to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) hospital after severe pain in his chest on Wednesday evening, the jail sources said.
The PIMS administration confirmed the report when contacted, saying that the former Punjab chief minister has been admitted to the PIMS cardiology ward.
They said that a team of doctors have done cardiac test and initiated proper treatment.
The sources said the PTI leader is stable but would remain admitted to hospital for about two days.
