DAGGAR: At least eight persons of a family, including women and children, were killed when a vehicle plunged into a ravine in Chagharzai area in Buner district on Thursday.
According to police, the vehicle was on its way to Shahi village from Sowari when it skidded off the road and fell into a gorge in Pandher locality in Charghazai area.
As a result, all the eight persons travelling in the vehicle died on the spot. The local volunteers and police personnel later retrieved the bodies after hectic efforts. The bodies were later shifted to District Headquarters Hospital in Daggar.
