Students showcase skills
PESHAWAR: An event at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) here brought together students from various backgrounds and disciplines to showcase their technical skills.
A press release said that the ASME EFx 2024 was organized by ASME, UET Peshawar chapter in collaboration with Metrix Pakistan under the supervision of Dr M Alam Zaib Khan, Department of Mechanical Engineering.
Dr Hamidullah, Chairman, Department of Mechanical Engineering, UET Peshawar was the chief guest at the opening ceremony. The event brought together students from various backgrounds and disciplines to showcase their technical skills, build a community and foster relationships.
The event included various competitions such as Students Design Competitions (Robotics Competition), IAM3 (Drone Rules) oral competitions, technical poster painting competitions and elevator pitch competitions, designed to challenge the students and push them to reach their full potential.
