Chinese Spring Festival celebrated at economic zone

NOWSHERA: The Pakistan-China Friendship Association Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (PCFA KP) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company (KPEZDMC) arranged a function at the Rashakai Special Economic Zone (RESZ) to celebrate the Chinese Spring Festival 2024.

The event was also attended by Adil Salahuddin, Chief Commercial Officer, KPEZDMC, Gouhong Beng, Deputy Project Head of CRBC for RESZ, Ahsan Laiq Siddique Zonal Manager, Sardar Ali, Energy & Power Officer, Ashraf Hayat, Director Utilities, CRBC, Bilal Durrani, Joint Secretary PCFA-KP.

PCFA-KP Secretary General Syed Ali Nawaz Gilani said we in Pakistan joining our Chinese friends on the happy occasion and extend greetings as we share our time-tested friendship.

He said PCFA-KP since 1970 had been doing their best to strengthen Sino-Pak relations in all fields of life. Syed Ali Nawaz Gilani said China under President Xi Jinping was achieving new economic and social prosperity. “This is high time for us to learn lessons from the success of China”, he added.

Adil Salahuddin congratulated the Chinese friends on behalf of Javed Khattak, Chief Executive Officer, KPEZDMC, and ensured all support in economic developmental activities and initiatives to be taken in KP’s industrial & economic development.

He thanked PCFA-KP for celebrating the Chinese Spring Festival 2024, saying such friendly initiatives bring both nations closer.

Gouhong Beng appreciated the gesture of PCFA-KP and said Pakistan and China were close friends. He thanked KPEZDMC for extending all support in their activities and achievements in the RSEZ.A cake was cut and later souvenirs were presented by PCFA-KP to the Chinese and KPEZDMC officials.
