Price control magistrates of the City District Government Lahore (CDGL) continued action against profiteers and arrested 76 people for overcharging here Wednesday.
Officials said a total 632 raids were conducted across the city and price control magistrates arrested 76 people out of which 30 were sent to jail by the magistrates after hearing them on the spot. A fine of total of Rs12,000 was also imposed on the profiteers.
