One party getting full mandate crucial: Nawaz
Criticising Pakistan PTI, former PM said party came to power and destroyed country and ruined society.
LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) supremo Nawaz Sharif has said it is very important for one party to get full mandate in the election so that it does not need to depend on others.
Talking to the media after casting his vote, he said he was appealing to the people to come out of their homes and cast their votes to end of the culture of rudeness and abuse from the country.
He said people’s votes would make them and the country prosperous.
Criticising Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), the former prime minister said the party came to power and destroyed the country and ruined society.
He said, “We will come and fix society and the country.”
He said Maryam Nawaz supported the party in bad times while Shehbaz Sharif served the party well. “We served jails terms. Children like Hamza and Maryam also spent time in jails.
We have been looking for this day after offering all sacrifices.”
