KP-BoIT, Chinese group sign MoU to boost investment

PESHAWAR: Vice Chairman of KP-Board of Investment and Trade (KP-BoIT), Said Mahmood, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with a prominent Chinese group to boost investments in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The ceremony took place in the Shandong province of China, where Said Mahmood was warmly welcomed by the Chinese business community. The focus of the MoU is to foster investment opportunities in the mines and minerals sector of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Engr. Said Mahmood and Jianxin Hou, chairman of the Shandong Xinxu Group Corporation, China, executed the agreement on February 3, 2024. The signing ceremony was witnessed by members of the public and business community in the province of Shandong.
